The HDZero Halo Stack combines the Halo Flight Controller and the Halo 4in1 70A ESC into a race-ready power stack designed for digital builds. Featuring an H7 processor, integrated Gemini ELRS True Diversity with TXCO (temperature-compensated crystal oscillator), and fully pluggable connectors (no soldering required), this stack allows for a clean, fast, and service-friendly build. The flight controller is optimized for HD setups: there's no need for analog OSD, the HDZero Race v3 VTX can be mounted low in the stack, and it includes a switchable 9V BEC (for VTX power via Betaflight) along with a separate 5V/4A BEC for LEDs and peripherals—ideal for both racing and freestyle demands, all within a minimal build height.
At its core, the 4in1 70A AM32 ESC (100A burst) features a split-board design, 24 MOSFETs on an 8-layer PCB with 3oz copper per layer, and an integrated copper rail to ensure low temperatures, reduced voltage drops, and extremely responsive throttle behavior. A conformal coating protects against moisture, dust, and corrosion.
The result: maximum reliability, clean wiring, and genuine weight and cost advantages thanks to the integrated ELRS receiver. A professional, compact stack built for uncompromising performance.
