Key Information:

• Unused, unopened products can be returned within 14 days
• If the seal is broken or the protective film is removed, a 100% refund is not possible. In this case, 10% of the purchase price (at least CHF 10.--) will be deducted
• Used items cannot be returned

Right of Withdrawal

• The customer is entitled to revoke their declaration of intent to conclude the contract without stating any reasons within 14 days after receiving the goods, in writing (e.g., letter, email, fax) or by returning the goods in an unused, unopened original packaging to FPVracing.ch. The period begins on the day the goods are received by the recipient. To meet the deadline for withdrawal, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal or the goods in due time. The withdrawal in writing is to be sent to FPV Sports GmbH, Limmatstrasse 2, 8957 Spreitenbach or via email to contact@fpvracing.ch. The customer bears the burden of proof for the dispatch of the goods to be returned.
• If the product is opened (e.g., protective film removed, seal broken), a full refund cannot be issued. In general, the refund will be 90% in this case.
• In the case of a valid withdrawal, both parties must return the services already received. If the customer can only return the received goods in a deteriorated condition, they must compensate FPVracing.ch accordingly.
• The customer must bear the cost of returning the goods.
• Until the goods are fully returned, FPVracing.ch will exercise its right of retention.
• If the withdrawal and return are excluded, the customer must bear the cost of reshipping the goods back to them if they are returned to us.
