Warranty Terms

We offer a 2-year warranty on all items except NIMH / LIPO batteries.

For NIMH / LIPO batteries, the battery manufacturers/suppliers provide a "functional warranty upon delivery" as the later handling and use cannot be verified, and defects are usually due to user error.

General Notes

  • Flight Controller:
    • Please check before soldering that the flight controller is functioning properly and can be updated without issues.
    • For products that develop issues after several flights, it is generally difficult to obtain a warranty claim from the manufacturer, as crashes and interferences are inherent in FPV racing. Most manufacturing defects become apparent during the first flight.

Please note: For FPV products (e.g. copters, components, electronics), warranty claims only apply to manufacturing or material defects. Damages caused by crashes, overloading, improper use, or modifications are excluded from the warranty, as these devices are often operated at their limits and require a certain degree of personal responsibility.

Warranty Claims Registration

If a product shows a possible defect, please send an email with a photo or video as well as a detailed problem description to "[email protected]" for preliminary clarification. We will then review the case. Depending on the complexity and workload, or if clarifications with the manufacturer are necessary, the review may take a few days.
