Order

If you already have an order that has not yet been shipped, you can easily add additional items. The process is as follows:

  1. During the checkout process, select the option "Merge order".
  2. By selecting this option, the shipping costs for the additional order will be automatically adjusted.

For sold-out products, we can place a pre-order for you and reserve the product. Please contact us by email.

For specific brands, you can also pre-order products that are not in our assortment. You can find the corresponding delivery times under "Pre-orders".

We are an online retailer without a showroom or physical store.

However, upon request, we offer pickup options directly at our office/warehouse in Spreitenbach. Pickup on-site can be arranged individually.

We offer pre-configured drone complete sets. However, if desired, we are happy to create a custom bundle tailored to your needs.

Simply send us a request with details such as:

  • intended use
  • beginner or professional?
  • budget and preferred delivery date
  • various preferences and priorities

We will then get back to you with a proposal.

We offer the "purchase on account" payment option. The billing is processed and managed by the invoicing provider Powerpay.

If the "purchase on account" option is not displayed, you can check the reason at https://services.mfgroup.ch/en/bestellung-auf-rechnung-nicht-moeglich.

Please note that Powerpay charges a fee of CHF 2.90 per monthly invoice.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders placed by 15:30 are shipped the same day via Post Priority. For payments via bank transfer, shipping takes place on the day the payment is received.

Shipping is carried out on weekdays (Mon - Fri), except on public holidays.

The shipping option "Saturday delivery" is available from Thursday 16:00 until Friday 15:30.

Small shipments under 500g and less than 5cm in height are sent as a Midi Letter and also arrive on Saturday, but do not include a tracking number.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, a shipping confirmation including a tracking number (if available) will be sent to the email address registered in your customer account.

Small shipments are sent via "A-Post Midi Letter." This shipping method does not include a tracking number, as provided by Swiss Post.

Warranty and Returns

We offer the option to return products within 14 days of receipt.

Please note that if the original packaging has been opened, fees may apply, as the item can no longer be sold at its original price.

Used items cannot be returned.

The return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

We offer a 2-year warranty on all items except NIMH / LIPO batteries.

For NIMH / LIPO batteries, manufacturers or suppliers provide a "functionality warranty upon delivery," as later handling cannot be monitored, and defects are usually due to user error.

If a product appears to be defective, please send an email with a photo or video and a detailed problem description to "contact@fpvracing.ch" for a preliminary assessment. We will then review the case.

Depending on the complexity and workload, or if further clarification with the manufacturer is required, the review may take a few days.

We offer a "Bring-In" warranty. The shipping costs for returns or warranty claims are generally the responsibility of the sender.
