The HDZero AIO5 is an ultra-compact all-in-one digital system designed for 65 mm whoops and micro drones. It integrates flight controller, video transmitter, receiver, and ESC into a lightweight, robust module – ideal for uncompromised digital FPV experiences.
The HDZero AIO5 is the world’s first digital all-in-one video system, enabling 65 mm whoops to be operated in a ready-to-fly (“bind and fly”) configuration at a weight of under 19.4 g. The AIO5 combines an F4 flight controller, a digital 5.8 GHz HDZero video transmitter, an SPI-based 2.4 GHz ExpressLRS 3.0 receiver, a 4-in-1 ESC with DSHOT protocol, and a 5V/1A BEC into a single compact module.
The minimum operating voltage has been improved to 2.5 V, ensuring uninterrupted video transmission right up until the motors shut off. By utilizing a single, thicker PCB instead of a traditional dual-board setup, durability is increased and the overall design is simplified—ushering in a new era of uncompromising micro whoops with razor-sharp digital video.
The HDZero AIO5 is the result of a successful collaboration between Happymodel and HDZero.
