The delivery time from the point of order is typically 1-2 working days. In case of prepayment, the delivery will only be made once the amount is recorded with us.
The items are carefully and safely packaged and shipped with Swiss Post. We are always committed to dispatching your order as quickly as possible. However, orders placed on the weekend or a holiday can only be processed on the following working day.
For orders placed until 3:30 pm, the goods are sent out on the same day via Post Priority.
Please note that we are an online mail-order company and therefore do not have a retail store.

International Shipping:
Currently, no international shipping available.
We only accept payments via PayPal, Postfinance (credit card, TWINT, Postcard), instant banking, advance payment (bank transfer), or payment on account via Powerpay (see below).
SOFORT transfer is the direct transfer procedure of the Payment Network AG. With SOFORT transfer, you conveniently set up a transfer for the respective amount into your online banking account while still placing your order. We receive a real-time confirmation after the completion of the SOFORT transfer, so we can send the goods immediately - you then get your purchases faster. SOFORT transfer meets the high security standards of online banking and has TÜV-certified data protection.
Orders via prepayment must be paid within a maximum of 20 working days, if no payment has been received by then, the order will be canceled.
Purchase on account is processed by an external partner, the monthly invoice will be sent separately by MF Group / PowerPay in the following month by mail. Please note that a administration fee of CHF 2.90 applies per monthly invoice.

With advance payment, you have the option to send us a confirmation of payment. The goods will be sent out as soon as possible. However, we point out that if payment does not occur, this process is deemed as deliberate deception (fraud) and can be reported by the legal department. For this reason, we reserve the right to delay delivery until the effective payment is received in case of questionable payment confirmations, without feedback.
